  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of order placement.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States):

  • Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 6 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2  business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.  

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use  USPS, FedEx, & UPS for domestic shipments. The specific carrier may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package on the carrier's website.  

International Shipping:

  • Shipping Methods: We offer international shipping via  USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, DHL, FedEx International.
  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. These costs do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.  

  • Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.  


  • Delivery Time: International delivery times vary significantly depending on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typically, international orders can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks or longer to arrive.
  • Tracking: Tracking availability for international shipments varies depending on the shipping method and destination. We will provide a tracking number if one is available. However, tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the United States.
  • Prohibited Items: Certain items may be prohibited from import into your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items you are ordering are allowed to be imported. We are not responsible for any packages seized by customs due to prohibited items.
